Breathe, rest and reset in the Salt Lounge
Breathe, rest and reset in a peaceful salt-air setting surrounded by softly lighted Himalayan salt panels. Guests often choose the Salt Lounge when they want a quiet mental pause, a comfortable place to unwind or the general respiratory comfort of a dry-salt-air environment.

What it is
A salt-lined lounge, and air you can simply breathe.
A calm salt-therapy experience in a comfortable salt-lined lounge, where a halogenerator disperses microscopic pharmaceutical-grade salt particles into the air. Seated, fully clothed, quiet and shared — with room for up to six guests.
What the guest experiences
Sit down, breathe, and let the room do the work.
You settle into a lounger or chair, fully clothed, and breathe normally. No special breathing technique is required, and nothing touches you at any point.
The lounge is quiet and shared, with room for up to six guests — tell us who is coming when you book and we will set it up for you.
When the session ends we let you know it is time. Some guests notice a light tickle in the throat afterwards; it is expected, and it passes.
Before you come
What to wear, and how to prepare.
What to wear
Wear comfortable everyday clothing. No changing is required. Bring a light sweater or layer if you tend to feel cool; fine salt should not damage normal fabrics.
Before your visit
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled visit unless your booking confirmation says otherwise. Arrive normally hydrated — water may be enjoyed before or after the session, and a sip afterward may help if the dry salt leaves a temporary throat tickle.
