Area Restore

A focused TheraPro mat experience bringing gentle warmth, red light and PEMF to one selected area, such as a shoulder, back, leg or knee.

- Red light may support tissue wellness as part of a general recovery routine.
- PEMF may support relaxation, circulation and everyday muscle comfort.
- Provides a focused Restore experience for one selected area.

How the add-ons work
- Area Restore added to Full-Body Restore may run concurrently, with no added appointment time.
- TENS may be added only to Full-Body Restore or Area Restore, and runs concurrently with the session.
- Area Restore and TARGET may be added to any core experience.
- With OxyBoost, the Full-Spectrum Sauna and the Summer Body Pod, the Area Restore or TARGET add-on is done after the core session.
- In the Salt Lounge, Area Restore or TARGET may be used during the session when practical.
What the guest experiences
Lie back, and let the mat do the work.
Restore is currently offered primarily in a supportive reclining position. Full-Body Restore and Area Restore use TheraPro mats positioned comfortably against the body while you relax. TARGET is placed directly on the selected area. If TENS is added, pads are placed on the selected area and the intensity is adjusted for comfort.

What to wear
Wear comfortable clothing that allows the selected area to be reached easily. Most of the body remains covered. TARGET and TENS require access to clean, bare skin at the selected area.
Before your visit
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled visit unless your booking confirmation says otherwise. Arrive normally hydrated. No special hydration preparation is required.
