What it is
Red light first, then full-spectrum heat.
A private infrared sauna with traditional upright seating, combining full-spectrum warmth with broad red and near-infrared light during the first 10 to 15 minutes while the sauna reaches temperature, and chromotherapy throughout.
What the guest experiences
Red glow first, then the warmth takes over.
You sit upright on the sauna bench as the temperature gradually rises — the red light on while the sauna heats, then the full-spectrum infrared warmth carrying the rest of the session.
The cabin is yours for the whole session, and the color of the light is yours to change at any point.
When the session ends, take a minute before you stand up, and drink more water than you think you need — warmth experiences are more dehydrating than they feel.
Before you come
What to wear, and how to prepare.
What to wear
Wear a swimsuit, undergarments or minimal lightweight clothing according to personal comfort. The sauna is private. Avoid heavy clothing and remove items that may become uncomfortable as they warm.
Before your visit
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled visit unless your booking confirmation says otherwise. Drink water before and after the sauna and bring a water bottle. Arrive well hydrated, especially if you expect to sweat, and tell staff promptly if you feel light-headed or unwell.
