Call when you want an answer now, email when it can wait, or come to the door on a walk-in day. Whichever you choose, it is one of the two of us who answers.
Hours
When we are open.
- Sunday & Monday
- Closed Sanctuary Reset Days. We use this time to recharge so we can show up fully for you.
- Tuesday & Thursday
- 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM Walk-ins welcome. Stop in for a tour or experience the sanctuary.
- Wednesday & Friday
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Limited appointment availability. Appointments recommended.
- Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Walk-ins welcome. Come experience the Oasis.

If it is about a health condition, a medication or an implanted device, please call instead — we would rather talk that through properly than by email, and we will never ask you to type it into a form.

Easy to find, easy to park.
We are in historic downtown Madison, between the shops and the river. Choose Get directions and the route opens in your maps app, and there is free parking off the street when you arrive.
